Name: Dahlia
Desired Name: No desire to be in the clans - though you may catch her "trying" out warrior names for fun.
Allegiance: To her two-leg lifestyle
Rank: Kittypet
Age: 41 moons
Birth Moon: Snow Moon 2018
Sex: Queen (she/her) (panromantic)
Appearance: Dahlia has a gorgeous medium haired coat; her tail and back fur tend to be a little on the longer side. She is a chocolate seal point siamese. Her dark brown points are very prominent. They illuminate her brilliant blue eyes as well. She's more pudgy than fit - too much treats that she still blames on her pregnancy...15 moons ago. Her chocolate points slowly creep into the creamy brown fur that harbors her back and legs. Her belly is much more white - though still creamy - than the rest of her body.
Personality:
romantic - over-imaginative - prideful - carefree - slow moving - flirtatious - loving
Despite her rough start in life, Dahlia is full of love to give. She is very loving to her two-legs and often seeks them out whenever she hears them around the nest. When they are not around, she often goes down to her friend's, Nectar, nest and spends time sharing gossip and watching over one of the many litters that are often bouncing around in her home - though these kittens are normally sold to nests away from there. With her loving nature, Dahlia is a true romantic at heart. She enjoys doing things for Noctus whenever she can and enjoys all that he does for her. She hasn't really had experience with other toms or she-cats in her life.
Dahlia does her best to hype her man up as much as possible in continuously flirting with him as if they were young cats once more. Dahlia dreams of a day where something will force her to take that step towards being closer with Noctus. Or days where her owners get another cat for company. The lonely days have been more often now which causes long depressive episodes when everyone is too busy with her.
Dahlia knows she looks good and takes great pride in her appearance, both physical and mental. She wants others to approach her and find her interesting enough to stick around. However, don't except this she-cat to do the chasing. She'd much rather place her tail into her paws than go chasing it. Games of any kind are usually avoided and only Noctus has really gotten her to get down and dirty over the moons.
History:
Dahlia's first few moons were a whirlwind of emotions. Most memories of her kithood have been blocked out as she was fed by the two-legs that had originally owned her. She never had her mother's warmth to comfort her or her father's strength to protect her. The she-cat only wishes to think about the times with her two-legs. It started early, with her finding a new home as soon as she turned two moons old. It was a strange place, but she had it all to herself - minus the small and old dog that wanted nothing to do with her.
She found herself in trouble a lot, her two-leg's voices raising every time she took extra food for herself or chewed up something that wasn't her normal toy. They never hurt her though, not once. Eventually all would be forgiven with a few purrs and headbutts into their arms. It was an amazing life. One she would never take for granted.
As she grew older, the dog in her home passed away. It was a bit more lonely now and she began exploring the outside a lot more. The smells enticed her and the sights frightened her. It took a long time to gain the courage to move past the concrete patio that lined the back of the nest.
As she grew, so did her confidence. Soon she was scaling fences and patrolling the area - staying within sights of her own home. Her friendships grew with the other cats that lived nearby. One tom in particular caught her eye. A luxurious black tom that seemed to float through life with grace. She enjoyed his company and eagerly awaited his stories every day outside in the garden. Eventually her love grew for him more than any other cat she had known and before she knew it, she was with kits. It was an exciting and nervous time for her. Dahlia worried about her two-legs, but when she was taken to the cutters, they seemed to be happy for the news.
Back at home, Dahlia was waited on hand and foot by her two-legs and Noctus. The tom was so sweet during her pregnancy.
Soon four healthy kits were born. She named then Bluebell, Zinnia, Lily, and Basil. Dahlia loved her kits more than she realized she could. Over the next few moons she taught them the life of a kittypet while their father told them stories of warriors. It was clear which kits took to their father's life over her own. The kittypet was perfectly fine with this - though she worried for their safety with the looming possibility of leaving with their father.
Dahlia pushed on, though, and tearing up saw her children off to the local two-leg nests. She was happy they were so close, but sad that her two-legs were content with only one. Noctus would visit her often and both cats were content enjoying each others' company. Soon Dahlia heard of the news that her three daughters had joined their father in a group called RiverClan. It fascinated the she-cat, but she could never give up her home. So she cheered for her children from her nest while they followed their dreams.
Dahlia is beginning to feel restless again. Wanting to feel the soft little noses in her fur once again. It's been moons since she felt the company of her children and she truly misses that. She is waiting for Noctus to visit her again to bring up the idea of more children and she can only hope her love says yes.
