More Detailed:
The twolegplace Hare grew up in always made her feel trapped. The countless walls and twolegs always made her feel suffocated. She wanted freedom, to be able to feel the wind go through her pelt wherever she went. Maybe it was those clan stories she heard all the time that sparked this feeling or maybe it was just in her nature to be out in the wild. Whatever it was, it did make her leave the place she once knew home and everyone she knew, even her sister, Bunny.
Leaving everything behind was not hard though. Hare was never one to be close to people and she lived her life through her goals. Though, Hare was still friendly to others and was one for talking. She loved hearing stories and meeting someone new. Meeting someone new always brought something different to her life and she was one to enjoy change. Change was great for Hare. The same routine was not. The same routine was predictable, boring, and safe. Hare liked adventure, she liked feeling her blood pump and her heart race. If Hare was going to die, she wanted an exciting life, not a safe one.
That is why she loved hearing stories. The cats in there was always doing something exciting and daring. Never the boring life she was used to and others around her seemed to be contempt with. Hare could never understand how other sit idle while the world changed around them. If the world was changing, she wanted to be the reason. Hare hated things out of her control and if she either changed the world or changed with it, she had some sort of control of things.
History:
The first 9 moons of Hare's life was a happy blur. She grew up with her litter mates, Cottontail and Bunny, under the protection of their parents, Hazelnut, Potato, and Shakespeare. They lived in a twolegplace and every night stories were told to the young kits and Hare's favorite was always the ones about the great clans who once ruled the forest not so far from there. Her and her siblings always acted out the stories, and Hare always had to beg for the clan ones to be played. She also remembered growing up in the streets with her parents. How to watch out for those fast beasts that her parents called cars. She was also taught how to hunt there and if there was no rodents to even go up to the twolegs. Hare thought the twoleg's food were quite bland though. But it was fun and she felt safe.
Though, when she was 9 moons, things changed. Shakespeare had taken Cottontail, Bunny, and Hare out to see the new flowers of the season. They did not even get to see the flowers before they heard barking. Hare and Bunny were able to climb a fence but Cottontail and Shakespeare didn't have enough time. Hare thinks Cottontail might of tripped but it was to blurry to clearly know. Hare does remember waiting up on the fence before Hazelnut and Potato.
After that, Potato and Hazelnut were different. Cold and close-offed. The only cat Hare had was Bunny. Especially when Hazelnut and Potato vanished after one night. It was not so bad. Bunny and her grew close. The two also befriended other cats. Hare enjoyed the older cats. They always had the best stories and if she is lucky, they would tell her of the clans. Which grew her ambition to go see where they lived.
At 32 moons, Hare was ready to leave but Bunny did not want to go nor her to go. It was a big fight and that night Hare vanished. She felt bad but she could not stand to be there any longer. After so many moons, the twolegplace made her feel trapped and she wanted to see where the clans once lived. But hey, she would come back, not like there are any more clans.
