Welcome to Info Drive Discussion #5! In this thread, we’ll be discussing the Predator Fox. Here are things to consider when responding to this thread, so if you have thoughts on any of the following please feel free to add them! And if you’re a bit unsure as to what exactly this is about, there’s a thread about the Info Drive system here. Size: How big is this predator in relation to a cat? Danger: How dangerous is it to confront this predator? How many cats would generally it take to successfully drive it off? Location: Where is this predator commonly found? Are there certain areas they appear more frequently than others? Season: Does this predator appear during certain times of year? Is it less common in some moons than others? This thread will be open for discussion until November 30th, 2022! After that it will be locked and whatever we have decided on will be considered canon!

- Adult foxes are about the size of adult cats
- Though capable of killing a cat, lone foxes can be scared off by a scratch or a hiss. Foxes mainly attack cats if they’re guarding a den or territory. Fox queens are especially dangerous and aren’t afraid to back down. In combat, foxes are well-matched with cats. It would take at least two adult cats to successfully a kill fox.

- Foxes are active all year and are crepuscular, active during dawn and dusk, similar to cats in real life.
- They are found in pretty much any type of habitat, including urban areas like twolegplace. They’re especially common in rural countrysides like the Abanadoned Barn or the Horseplace, or in woodland areas like the Forest or the Plains.
