Appearance: Soot is a lanky dark gray marbled tom with black stripes, a white underbelly and markings, and a long tail. He bears dulls green eyes, and often stands with a slouch.
Personality: Quiet and introverted, Soot is a cat that is usually stuck in his own thoughts. What he lacks in physical strength he makes up for by having a keen sense for approaching situations and formulating strategies. He's oftentimes feels shadowed by this brother, Smoke. He avoids confrontation when possible, but he's capable of sticking up for himself every once in a while.
History: Raised alongside his littermate, Smoke, the brothers were born to loners in the far off territory and named for their dark coloration. Their parents were distant at best, and quick to push the two of them away when they caught news of a second litter on the way. Smoke had made he initial decision to leave, bringing Soot with him as they traveled away from their family. At such a young age, they've struggled to survive and provide for themselves, strengthening Soot's determination to always push forward.
