In what seems like no time at all, October is upon us! It’s been a quiet moon on the site, but hopefully things will pick back up now that people are settling into school routines and whatnot. As per usual, here’s a news post to keep everyone up to date!
As we have now passed from the Snow Moon 2021 and into the Worm Moon 2021, it is time for an Age Up! You can see more information on that in the official Age Up thread and hopefully we can all get our characters updated ASAP.
Also as a general note for anyone with ongoing threads still set in the Snow Moon or before, feel free to keep those going! We don’t prohibit threads taking place in the past, as they can help flesh out characters and histories. However, we do encourage everyone to prioritize threads taking place in the current time, the Worm Moon!
Not too much development on the plot front with the site so quiet, but things continue forward nonetheless! Ideally by the end of the moon we’ll see RiverClan officially recognized as a canon group once their application is complete, and perhaps one of the other Clans will start to see whispers of formation! WindClan and ShadowClan are still pretty open, so feel free to plot with us if you have any ideas for them~
Weather-wise, we’ll be seeing a continuing trend from last moon with temperatures on the rise! This will be a welcome relief for those who hunt for their prey, as it will be easier and easier to find as the days wear on. However, all that snow has to go somewhere, and it looks like we’ll be having a flood around the middle of the moon! Watch out for that river and try to keep your paws dry.
After such an active moon last moon, this one has been a bit more quiet! Things have been busy with work for me at least, and I know a lot of people have gone back to school so it’s only expected that we’d see a dip in activity, but it’s still lovely seeing everyone coming by! I hope we can get things kicked into gear again, I apologize for being so absent in the past month or so. Hopefully this moon I can settle into more of a routine and be a lot more active!
I was wondering if anyone would be into some fun October/Halloween/spooky-season festivities? We could have a movie night, or another sort of game night if anyone is interested. Please do let me know if you’re into the idea~
