I've been trying to get back into the swing of reading on a regular basis, so I just got a heap of new books from the library the other day. I just started Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo, to finally jump on that bandwagon, and I'm quite liking it so far! And I'm steadily working on my Warriors reread, currently on Bluestar's Prophecy c:
I'm always looking for things to add to my TBR even though it's like 200 books long, so what have you guys been reading lately? 'o'

Yesss, I keep meaning to reread the PJO series! I read them forever ago in elementary school and loved them. I never did finish Heroes of Olympus either, so I need to catch up to those and Trials of Apollo. Especially with the new Percy Jackson TV adaptation in the works, it'd be nice to have a refresher before it comes out.
Wings of Fire is excellent too!! I read the first three books a couple years ago and then stopped, for some reason. I should really pick it up again, the writing is honestly great.
I love most middle grade fiction actually, the writing can be so fun and not as much emphasis on being "dark" and "realistic".

I read Elatsoe by Darcy Little Badger recently and really enjoyed it. It's technically YA I believe, but it reads sort of middle grade to me. It's fun and a little spooky (and there is a ghost dog!) It's also a standalone if you need a break/palette cleanser between arcs of other series.

Ooh that sounds lovely! I read the synopsis and I'm definitely intrigued, so I'll have to give a look next time I'm at the library and see if I can grab it :D Yeah, it's nice to sort of alternate what sort of books I'm reading to keep things fresh, so this would be a nice break between all the series I'm working through!
