Appearance:
Shadowstar, as her name suggests, is a pure black she-cat. She blends in seamlessly with the night, her glowing yellow eyes being the only part of her that’s visible. Her fur is short but thick, kept well groomed, and her paw pads are the same dark colour as her fur.
Personality:
Shadowstar, despite the negative reputation her Clan has received over the seasons, is actually rather wary and hesitant to trust. She is the one to worry the most out of the four founders, and is usually the one to counter any arguments for reinstating the Clans.
That’s not to say she doesn’t want to see the Clans return; she would love nothing more than to see ShadowClan restored to its former glory. However, she knows that if they’re not careful in selecting the right cats and sending the right signs at the right times, there is a very good chance it will all simply end in bloodshed once more. Shadowstar is a pacifist at heart, and would hate for more cats to die needlessly because of her missteps.
Shadowstar decided to err on the safe side and choose not one, but two medicine cats to begin the work of rebuilding her Clan. That way, if something happens to one, all hope is not lost.
History:
As with the other founders, Shadowstar helped in the formation of the original Clans and the development of the initial Warrior Code. She was originally named just Shadow, and took on the name Shadowstar to show her dedication to her Clan and set her apart as a noble leader.
