Name: Whistlepaw
Desired Name: Whistletooth
Allegiance: RiverClan
Rank: Apprentice
Age: 16 moons (around apprentice age)
Birth Moon: River Moon of 2019
Sex: Male, aeroromantic, bisexual (undecided) he . him
Appearance: A black and white tom, Whistlepaw is lithe, and quite skinny. However, his thick, short fur springs forward against his stature, creating a more ample physique. Whistlepaw has large, yellow almond-shaped eyes that sit against his black mantle. Small, yet active, a feline could most noticeably see the muscle of youth ripple beneath Whistlepaw's fur— and not to mention his bushy tail and sly, charismatic smirk.
Personality: Set on the bigger picture, Whistlepaw isn't hesitant to put his assets forward for a cause he believes is right. The young tom believe that if it helps as a whole, it should be commenced. However, he tends to think as a heart instead of a head. Whistlepaw is usually easily distracted, pulled by minor fickles and getting off track. This ruins his "organized" schedule (which Whistlepaw claims he has [he doesn't]), and then creates a whole ball of yarn-catastrophe. Yet— Aside from his gullible & clumsy features, Whistlepaw is an overall morally right feline. He'll stand up for those who cannot, and won't hesitate to include others. But, greed also flaws the tom. If he is given responsibility, (ex) Whistlepaw will only take it for himself. Of course, he is working on this as well as his own emotional stability. Whatever is best for the Clan, right?
History:
Ever since Whistlepaw was itsy-bitsy, he always could remember being a single kit— alone— single. It had never occured to him that his parent's past would affect him...
Born in a small field near "the edge of the world" (a river), Whistlepaw was kitted as a solitary feline. Ruby, his biological mother, and Sparrow, his father, comforted the young, unknowing kit. Whistlepaw was only in that field for at least a couple of days before moving into a large, ample camp. Ruby had told him it was RiverClan, and hence, Whistle had earned the name Whistlekit. He grew in RiverClan, unkowing of the turmoil his kinship had held. It was only a moon before apprenticeship that Whistlepaw was told the truth.
He was a rainbow baby (not sure of the Warriors term). Before Whistlepaw's birth, came two offspring before him; Dune & Yap. Ruby nor Sparrow told him how they might've passed, but they did tell Whistlepaw that he was the reason they came to RiverClan. However, after this confession is created an anger in Whistlepaw. How come they didn't do anything to stop it? Why bring up RiverClan? Why wouldn't they tell him? If anything, it almost severed their connection. But, with Whistlepaw's independent marking he held in the frustration, and kept it hidden. If he did begin conflict with his kin, the clan could, or would, be pulled into it. And Whistlepaw didn't want that. So, ever since apprenticeship he's kept that knot of anger in. Whistlepaw never understood why, but, he just can't get rid of it.
