Hey! My characters Noctus and Lily have some family that need players, so here's a quick little overview for all of them! Their mother, Dahlia, has a much more cemented personality in my mind, but the kits are all pretty much blank slates so it'll be fun to see how they develop!
Here they are~
Dahlia: 43 moons old, queen, kittypet. Short haired seal-point Siamese mix with blue eyes.
Dahlia is a spoiled kittypet with humans who will do just about anything for her. She's a bit of a romantic at heart, and rather fanciful. She fell in love with the loner Noctus when he passed through Twolegplace unexpectedly, dazzled by his tales of the forest and the old Clans that used to live there.
She finds the idea of forest life very interesting, but is content to stay safe in her twoleg nest and listen to tales of it from afar. Though they weren't planned, Dahlia adores all of her kits intensely, and likes to keep in touch with them even though they've now moved into their own homes with new housefolk. A very indulgent mother, she finds it hard to deny her kits what they want and encourages them to follow their dreams, whatever they may be.
I may end up keeping Dahlia as an NPC, as I can't really see her ever joining a Clan. Though perhaps she'd be a fun character for other plots, so who knows!
Dahlia is available, though I'd like to discuss her character arc if anyone's interested in adopting her~
Zinnia: 17 moons old, queen, kittypet. Short haired black kitten with yellow eyes. The only one in the litter not to inherit their mother's colour points, Zinnia takes more after their father in appearance.
Adopted by Zesha!
For potential ideas, I imagine her as rather carefree, a bit more down to earth than her siblings. Perhaps she has the strongest bond with their father, due to their shared appearance?
Basil: 17 moons old, tom, kittypet. Short haired seal-point kitten with blue eyes. His colour points are the most pronounced of his siblings.
I could see this guy as being a bit of a follower, rather than a leader. He lets his sisters decide what they're doing and is happy to follow along. I also feel like he's less likely to push the boundaries than his siblings, perhaps.
Basil is more laid back and, dare I say it, lazy than his sisters, and chose to remain in Twolegplace with his housemate while they all went off to join RiverClan. This boy enjoys the finer things in life and I can see him turning his nose up at the idea of having to catch his own food and sleep in the cold or the wet. I also imagine he likes being able to visit his mom in her nearby nest. Perhaps a mama's boy?
Bluebell: 17 moons old, queen, kittypet. Short haired seal-point kitten with blue eyes. She's the runt of the litter, and is a little bit smaller than her littermates.
Previously adopted by Shortee, currently an NPC.
Being the smallest, I can imagine little Bluebell really wants to prove herself. She's always been seen as the cutest, the baby sister, so maybe she has dreams of subverting their expectations. Or maybe she loves the doting, it's hard to say.
If you're interested in any of these guys, send a message my way (either here or on Discord) and we can discuss! Iβm rather attached to these guys already, so Iβd like to find someone who has plans for them that align well with my overall vision for the family. I look forward to it!
